Extremely Poor Customer Service

I gave the product 3 stars simply for the fact it's not what I needed, and was ordered by mistake. I have tried several times to contact the company to get a return authorization and see if I can get what I really need.
Nobody ever answers the phone number on the website.
Emails sent through the "Contact Us" section of the site are not responded to.
I ended up getting what I wanted through Amazon.
